1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and scheduling services with Heroes Turf Cleaning, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Service Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided through our website, via phone, or via email are subject to change upon in-person inspection of the property. Pricing is generally based on the square footage of the turf, the level of pet odor/waste, and the specific package selected. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the actual condition of the turf significantly differs from the description provided during the estimate.

3. Service Guarantees

We pride ourselves on providing premium turf cleaning and odor removal services. Our "Odor Guarantee" applies specifically to areas treated with our specialized pet odor enzyme treatments. While we successfully eliminate odors in the vast majority of cases, extremely neglected turf or underlying base material issues may require repeated treatments or base replacement, which falls outside the scope of standard cleaning.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

We understand that schedules change. We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Property Access and Safety

Customers must provide unobstructed access to the turf areas scheduled for cleaning. Please ensure all gates are unlocked and pets are securely kept inside the home during the service appointment. Our technicians cannot be held responsible for pets escaping through unsecured gates.

6. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing or if enrolled in a recurring maintenance membership plan. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.

7. Limitation of Liability

Heroes Turf Cleaning shall not be liable for any pre-existing damage to artificial turf, landscape, or property. We use industry-standard, safe equipment and chemicals designed specifically for synthetic grass.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
